Back To Nature

Take a walk through the Singapore Botanic Gardens – Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site – with Jeanette Aw, Bella Koh, and Aiwei Foo as they share how nature inspires them and why it is important to preserve our beautiful heritage.

Jeanette Aw

“I remember frequent family outings to the Botanic Gardens when I was still a child. We'd spend a day there, feeding the swans and playing in the gardens. It's the little things in life that bring the most joy.”

Actress, filmmaker, author

Bella Koh

“We had our first, proper, family photo taken there. Just hearing the sounds of nature and the laughter of kids playing in the background still brings such a sense of joy and calmness.”

Stylist, content creator

Aiwei Foo

“10 years ago I did a photoshoot for my work at the tembusu heritage tree where we filmed. It is fenced up now, but it reminded me how even my artwork has evolved, and that change is not necessarily a bad thing.”
